Frequently Asked Questions

Is LieScan a real lie detector?

No. LieScan is an entertainment-only prank app. All verdicts are randomly generated for fun. Do not use it for real judgments about anyone.

Does LieScan record my voice or camera?

No. The Voice Test runs entirely in simulation mode — no microphone access is needed. The Face Scan processes your camera feed on-device in real time. No recordings are ever saved or uploaded.

How do I add custom questions?

Tap the question area on the home screen, then switch to the "Custom" category. You can add, edit, and delete your own questions there.

What is Magic Verdict?

Magic Verdict lets you control the outcome. You can force every scan to return "Truth" or "Lie," or leave it on random mode for surprise results.

How does Party Mode work?

Party Mode lets multiple players take turns answering questions. Each player gets scanned and scored, and a leaderboard shows the results at the end.

Can I share my results?

Yes! After each scan, you can screenshot or share the result card with friends on social media.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. LieScan works completely offline. No internet connection is required (except for optional ads).
